Airobotics is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Airobotics is growing rapidly, and one of the most crucial factors for our continued success is to find the best talent and hire the right people. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for finding and attracting the best candidates to support our growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Use metrics to create reports and assess full range process success

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness and ability to execute creative & innovative approaches in order to attract the right people
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources and/or related fields
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • An understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Excellent communicator
  • Well-organized
